Building reading confidence 👊🏻📚

In Miss Williams’ SEL class, we read the book the What Ifs! We talked about how we can change our negative “what ifs” into positive ones! Then, we created our own “what ifs” showing our worries and how we can change them to positives!

At the Second grade “Invention Convention” students designed and presented their own inventions that solved real world problems. The goal was to create something new or improve an existing idea to solve a problem, make life easier, or simply have fun. It was all about being creative, learning how to solve problems, and sharing new ideas!

Tomorrow is wear a shirt 👕👚 with writing on it day at Barhitte!

Just a reminder that the Lemonade War Family Project's are due next Monday, March 17. Spend these next few days thinking about warmer weather and the lemonade stands you COULD have this summer!🌞🍋
