All students must be registered via our online registration on our district website: bentleyschools.org

When registering your child you will need to bring the following:

• Birth Certificate

• Immunization Record or Waiver

• 2 Proofs of Residency 

• Custody Documentation (if applicable)

• Hearing and Vision Screening (Kindergarten only)
