Bus Routes
IMPORTANT NOTE: Transportation requests may not automatically be carried over from previous years and should be confirmed EVERY YEAR during Online Registration using the ParentVUE App/Website.
Once parents/guardians have requested and confirmed transportation for their students, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that the Waypoint Parents App described below is used to get daily up-to-the-minute bus stop time information!
For security purposes, bus routes will no longer be publicly published.
For any transportation questions not covered by the following FAQ, please contact the Transportation Department.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can bus stop locations be outside of the school district boundaries?
No. We only transport students within the Bentley Community School District. See the Bentley Community Schools district boundary map shown below.
Map Legend:
Red Area: district boundary
School Children Pins: district buildings
Will bus stop locations be directly in front of pick-up or drop-off addresses?
Sometimes. We typically only provide door-to-door service for preschoolers, kindergarteners, or students who have complicated medical needs. Otherwise, bus stop locations will be placed nearby within the neighborhood of the specified address.

Why does my student need to be at the bus stop 5 minutes early?
Early Arrival: Not all scheduled students ride everyday, especially on bad weather days. This may cause some stops to be skipped, therefore causing stops later along the route to occur earlier than planned.
Early or Late Arrival: Unpredictable events like accidents, traffic, trains, weather, and other conditions may also cause stop times to occur earlier or later than planned due to rerouting or delays.

How do I request/change bus transportation for my student?
Transportation requests must be made every year. Do not assume that students will automatically be added to bus routes or that bus stops will be in the same location every year.
Transportation requests/changes will take at least to 2 full days or longer to process before service can begin.
1 day to collect new requests.
1 day to plan new routes and send notifications.
Before every school session begins, transportation requests must be made during the Online Registration phase of a student's enrollment or registration or via ParentVUE.
After every school session begins, arrangements must be made by contacting the Transportation Department.

Parents/Guardians must submit and update this information via ParentVUE or by contacting the Transportation Department.
Child Care Facilities must submit and update this information with the Child Care Facilities Form or by contacting the Transportation Department.

How do I request a bus stop location change? For example: My student is dropped off in our neighborhood, but now needs to be dropped off at a child care facility.
Parents/Guardians must confirm all bus stop requests at least 2 full days before the stop change is required by contacting the Transportation Department.
