Overview
Rooms is our streamlined communication platform from Apptegy/Thrillshare, that provides a hub for our staff to communicate with parents/guardians and students. Staff can share announcements, assignments, links, materials, newsletters, pictures, and more. It also provides a dedicated space for direct, one-on-one messaging.
Once you have created your login from the Logins & Invites section below, Rooms can be accessed via the Thrillshare website and from within our Bentley Community Schools app. See the Support Links section on this page for more information.
NOTE: "Rooms" was formerly called "Edurooms" and "Classrooms". Some documentation may still use the former names.

Parents and Guardians
Parents and Guardians can log in using their email address or smartphone number that the district already has on file. Alternatively, an email message or smartphone text message invite from a staff member may be received, which contains a direct login link.

If the system does not recognize your email address or smartphone number, you can update this information via the ParentVUE app/website.
If the email invite did not show up in your inbox, be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
If there are still issues logging in, please see this resource guide before contacting the staff.
If you must contact the staff, make sure they check that your contact information (email address and smartphone number) are correct in our Synergy platform before they resend the invite. Often, this problem is caused by a simple typo.
If incorrect contact information in the Synergy platform was the problem, the corrected contact information will not be available to Thrillshare (Rooms) until the next day.
Staff and Students
Staff and Students can log in using their school district assigned Google accounts.
