This facility was constructed in 1995 and houses the  Payroll / Accounts Payable services, the Curriculum offices, and the Superintendent's office. 

The building was named in honor of William H. Young. Mr. Young and his family came to Bentley in 1961 where he served as the Senior High Principal until 1966. He became the Assistant Superintendent of Schools from 1966-67 and then became the Superintendent of Schools, a position he held until his retirement in 1992.
