This is the best way to be kept informed of important events and can be accessed by the following methods:

• Bentley Community Schools App under the "≡ More / Events" menu at the bottom right of every main screen.

• Events Calendar webpage under the "≡ MENU / Events" menu at the top of every webpage.

IMPORTANT: Currently, most events are shown in the general district calendar, but we are transitioning to a more adaptable "by school" based calendar system explained below. Please be patient as it will take some time to move these events to their proper School and Athletics based calendars.

This version of the calendar always shows general events from the district calendar (BCS) and only specific events from the selected "SCHOOLS" calendar (e.g., BLB, BES, BMS, BHS, Athletics). Select a school under the "≡ MENU" or "SCHOOLS" menu at the top of every webpage. Each school calendar also offers additional filter tags that show only the checked event types.

Note: In the "Events Calendar webpage example image" shown here, the blue shapes indicate where the filter tag features can be activated or used. The appearance and position of these features may vary depending on the screen size.

For the tech savvy types, we have color coded Google Calendars (Website) that are organized by District, Schools, Athletics, and more!

This version of the calendar is kept up-to-date by the Events Calendar system (explained above). While it cannot use the filter tags, it can show all of the calendars simultaneously or selectively.

Note: In the "Schedule" version embedded here, only a few upcoming days are initially shown. Click the icons at the top and bottom of this calendar for more options. For a full page "Month" version, click the "Google Calendars (Website)" link shown above.

For the old school types who are just interested in a little static fridge decoration, we have the printable District School Year Calendar (PDF) that only contains major events.

This version of the calendar is typically only posted at the beginning of the school year.
