IMPORTANT: Currently, most events are shown in the general district calendar (Bentley Community Schools), but we are in the process of moving each school organization's events to their own calendars. Please be patient as it will take some time to make this transition.

The Events calendar is the best way to be kept informed of important upcoming events and can be accessed in the following ways:

Accessible from within the app:

1. Select the relevant school organization near the top left of any primary screen.

2. Select ≡ More at the bottom right of any primary screen.

3. Select Events.

Accessible in two ways:

1. On each school organization's home page in the Latest Events section:

   1. Select the relevant school under the SCHOOLS menu (this may be under the ≡ MENU or just ≡ on small screens) at the top of every webpage.

   2. Scroll down to the Latest Events section.

   3. Select See All Events.

2. In each SCHOOLS menu:

   1. Select the relevant school organization under the SCHOOLS menu (this may be under the ≡ MENU or just ≡ on small screens) at the top of every webpage.

   2. Select ≡ MENU.

   3. Select EVENTS.

This version of the calendar always shows general events from the district wide calendar (Bentley Community Schools) and relevant events from the selected school organization calendar (e.g., BLB, BES, BMS, BHS, Athletics). Each school organization calendar also offers additional tag filters that can quickly display only the desired event types from a preset list (see below).

Note: In the "Events Calendar website example" shown here, the blue shapes indicate where the tag filters can be used. The appearance and position of these features may vary depending on the screen size. Events can also searched by selecting and then typing in the "Search Events..." area.

For the tech savvy types, we have color coded Google Calendars that are organized by District, Schools, Athletics, and more!

This version of the calendar is kept up-to-date by the Events Calendar system (explained above). While it cannot use filter tags, it can show all of the calendars selectively or simultaneously.

Note: In the "Schedule" version embedded here, only a few upcoming days are initially shown. Click the icons at the top and bottom of this calendar for more options. For a full page "Month" version, click the "Google Calendars" link shown above.

For the old school types who are just interested in a little static fridge decoration, we have the printable District School Year Calendar (PDF) that only contains major events.

This version of the calendar is typically only posted at the beginning of the school year.
