11:45 a.m. High School Band report to band room. Change into your uniform - BRING YOUR BLACK & ALL BLACK SHOES to school.

12:10 p.m. Load bus (You need instrument, music, and be in full uniform)

12:15 p.m. Bus leaves for U of M - Flint.

12:30 p.m. Arrive at U of M - Flint, unload bus.

12:40 p.m. HS Band be in coat room ready to move to warm-up room.

12:50 p.m. HS Band move to warm-up room to warm-up and tune.

1:20 p.m. HS Band Performance (Good Luck!)

1:35 p.m. HS Band move to Sight-Reading room.

1:50 p.m. HS Band return to coat room to put away instruments, eat, wait for ratings. Percussion should be loaded immediately after S.R. is completed.

2:30 p.m. Return to auditorium to watch other bands (Peck, Grand Blanc, Goodrich, Lapeer)

4:30 p.m. Load bus for Bentley. (Make sure that you have everything.)

4:45 p.m. Arrive back at Bentley, unload, put away instruments, change out of your uniform, and go home!
