Attention Bentley High School Parents:
Bentley High School was selected to participate in the Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) this year. This survey gathers anonymous information about the health risk behaviors of high school students, which helps schools improve health education and prevention programs.
An outside evaluation team randomly selected three classrooms to participate in the YRBS. If your student is in one of these classrooms, they will receive more information and an opt-out form to bring home today or tomorrow. If you wish for your student to opt out, please sign and return the form as soon as possible. Students also have the option to opt themselves out of the survey or skip any questions they prefer not to answer.
