Mr. Horton

My name is John Horton, I am a husband, a dad, a brother, a coach, a student, a gamer, a wanna-be contractor, and a history teacher at Bentley High School. I graduated from Atherton High School in 2002, Mott Community College in 2009 and UM-Flint in 2012. I have been teaching for 5 years and find it extremely rewarding (and crazy), and could not imagine doing anything else! I have been with my wonderful wife Chelsea for 14 years, and together we have three beautiful daughters, Abiageal, Gwendylan, and Penelope.

For fun I enjoy hanging out with friends and family, playing Xbox, taking trips, playing tennis and working on all different kinds of projects on my house.
